Jude Fleming Vaghjiani, MD received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University through the Program in Liberal Medical Education. She trained in internal medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and now works as a clinician-educator at the Associates in Internal Medicine clinic at CUMC. Dr. Fleming has a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. In 2017, Dr. Fleming, along with her colleague, Dr. Allison Crawford, developed a culinary medicine program for Internal Medicine residents. This ongoing collection of recipes is a result of the residents’ work.
